Social development

The venue has a permanent staff compliment of 23 to date. All of the employees are from previously disadvantaged communities. The temporary and or casual staff are recruited from in and around the Diepsloot and Attridgeville districts.

These employees are screened and then receive sponsored training by the Resort. They are then employed by the Resort and other similar businesses in the area.
