1 waiter / steward per 2 tables (Buffet) or 1 waiter/steward per 1 table (Platted menu)

Barmen: 1 Barmen for 80pax

R 45.00 per waiter per hour (±10 hours)

R 40.00 per barman per hour (±10 hours)

Additional Costs :

Venue hire of R1 000.00 per hour after 24:00 for evening & 17:00 for daytime functions will be billed.

R50.00 per waiter & R 50.00 per barman / hour after 24:00 for evening & 17:00 for daytime functions - or any additional staff required over & above staff supplied.
